If you’re unfamiliar, DALL-E 3 offers you the ability to generate high-quality images from text prompts, excelling especially in rendering hands, text, and faces (an area where other generators have struggled).
DALL-E 3 is now integrated directly into the ChatGPT interface for Plus & Enterprise users, allowing a seamless experience in generating photorealistic images (don’t have to switch between browsers anymore).
To mitigate potential misuse, OpenAI has implemented a "multi-tiered safety system", stress-tested by humans that restricts DALL-E 3 from creating violent, hateful, or adult content.
OpenAI has also taken measures to reduce the model's chances of creating images mimicking the style of living artists or portraying public figures—thus reducing the amount of potential lawsuits they’ll be facing.

OpenAI is discussing selling employee shares at a $86B valuation, potentially positioning it among the world's top privately-held companies like SpaceX and ByteDance, surpassing major firms like Stripe.

UMG and other publishers are suing Anthropic for distributing copyrighted song lyrics via Claude 2, with the complaint stating that Claude 2 can reproduce lyrics of popular songs when prompted and sometimes even when not directly asked.
